Visiting the site

LiTiL Labs (“LiTiL,” “we,” or “us”) publishes this notice for litil.ai. For privacy questions or requests, contact aaron [at] litil [dot] ai.

Vercel hosts this website. Loading a page, image or download sends ordinary request information to the systems delivering it, including your IP address, the requested address, browser information and request time. This information supports content delivery, troubleshooting and service security. Hosting records can also include approximate location derived from an IP address. See Vercel’s Privacy Notice for its processing.

You can use the site without an account. The optional Waitlist form loads its provider’s security, analytics and advertising services only after you allow the form. If you make a privacy choice, we save it in your browser. Vercel still receives the requests needed to deliver the site, including when you reject optional content.

Some research pages fetch published run data from our server. Those requests display results. They don’t upload your documents or submit training data.

Button updates, demonstrations and downloads

The optional signup form on the buttons page is hosted by Waitlist. It stays unloaded until you allow it. You can also open the hosted signup page directly. The form asks for your email, uses a CAPTCHA and sends an email verification link. Waitlist processes and stores the signup. LiTiL can access your email and signup and verification records to manage the list and send button price, launch and preorder updates. Joining does not subscribe you to the broader LiTiL newsletter.

Check for a verification email from Waitlist and use its confirmation link to verify your address. Use the unsubscribe option in a button update email or contact aaron [at] litil [dot] ai to ask us to stop messages or delete information we hold.

Forms on the separately labelled prototype pages remain browser-only demonstrations. They clear on submission and retain only the selected categories until you reset or leave the page. They do not send entries to LiTiL, save them in a database or subscribe you.

We prepared the writing examples in advance. They don’t upload your writing or call an AI service. You can download the preview skills without giving us an email address. The copy buttons put a prompt or link on your clipboard; they don’t send us your clipboard contents.

Allowing Embedded form and provider tracking loads Waitlist’s form with its security, analytics and advertising services. These services receive your IP address and browser information and may use cookies or other device storage before you enter an email. The control enables or blocks the whole form; it cannot switch those services separately. Loading the form does not subscribe you. Waitlist has its own privacy practices, which also apply when you open its hosted signup page.

If you run a downloaded skill or model in another AI application, that application’s setup determines what it receives and keeps. The Slop Detector instructions describe an optional Pangram check requiring your specific authorization to send selected text; the preview download contains no working Pangram adapter. An AI application can still get those instructions wrong.

Contact and email inquiries

If you email aaron [at] litil [dot] ai, we receive your address, message and anything you attach. We use that information to answer you and deal with the issue you raised. Our email services process and store the correspondence.

The call-request form sends your name, reply email, optional organization and message to LiTiL through Resend. We use them to respond and arrange a time. The form does not reserve a calendar slot, send an autoresponse or sign you up for marketing.

Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the contact page to check for automated requests. Your browser sends security requests to Cloudflare; our server submits the verification token and, when available from our hosting service, your IP address for validation. These checks protect the form and apply independently of the optional product-image preference.

Upstash Redis supports rate limits and duplicate-delivery protection. It stores HMAC identifiers, counters and delivery records, without message bodies or raw IP addresses. Delivery records expire after seven days; rate counters expire after their shorter limit windows. This expiry does not delete the inquiry from email systems.

Please don’t send confidential client material, passwords or other sensitive information in a general inquiry. Before a project involves your organization’s documents, we need to agree on the work and how those documents will be handled. This notice doesn’t give us permission to use them.

Product images and the shop

One product image on our shop page comes from Fourthwall’s image service. It stays unloaded unless you allow External product images. Once allowed, your browser sends Fourthwall a request including your IP address and browser information, and possibly our site’s address as a referrer. Loading the image and visiting the shop are separate choices.

Merchandise links take you to Fourthwall, which handles checkout and payment information under its Privacy Policy. Fourthwall’s creator tools make customer and order records available to us. We can use that access to identify an order and handle questions or problems with it. Fourthwall handling checkout doesn’t mean we can never see customer information.

Our fonts and NVIDIA badge load from this site. Clicking the badge takes you to NVIDIA; displaying it doesn’t load an embedded NVIDIA service. GitHub, Hugging Face, social networks and other outside sites receive information when you visit them and have their own privacy practices.

Privacy choices and browser storage

The external product image and embedded Waitlist form have separate choices and both stay off until you allow them. You can reject them and keep using the site. To change either choice, open Privacy preferences below or at the bottom of the page.

We remember permission and refusal for 180 days in this browser using local storage named litil.privacy-choice.v1. It contains a format version, the privacy scope, the externalImages and externalForms choices and save/expiry timestamps. It contains no email address or visitor identifier. It belongs to this website origin, not to a person’s account, and is not shared across sites or devices.

If storage is unavailable, the choice applies only to the current page and the controls explain that it could not be saved. Clearing browser storage can remove the choice sooner. Expired, invalid or incompatible preferences do not allow optional content to load.

Turning a category off removes its image or form and prevents our page from loading it again while that choice applies. It cannot recall information already sent, erase another provider’s records or cookies, change what happens on a provider’s separate site, or unsubscribe you from email. The controls do not automatically change a saved choice in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. See Cookies and privacy choices for the storage details.

Retention and processing locations

The 180-day limit applies to the saved browser preference. Email, signup records, order records and hosting or security logs have their own lifetimes. We don’t state one deletion deadline for all of them. Contact us to ask how long we hold particular information or to request deletion.

Vercel uses a global hosting network. Information handled by hosting, signup, email and shop services can be processed outside the country where you live. Each service’s privacy notice describes its own processing locations and arrangements.

Your choices and requests

Contact aaron [at] litil [dot] ai to ask about information we hold about you or to request access, correction, deletion or a copy. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision or complain to a privacy regulator. We will handle requests under the applicable rules and explain any limitation.

We may need to check that the information you’re asking about belongs to you. Start by telling us what you need. Don’t send identity documents unless we explain why we need them. For information Fourthwall holds independently, you can also use the contact route in its Privacy Policy. You may still contact us about information LiTiL holds.

If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take the action required by applicable law.

Changes to this notice

We will update the effective date and explain material changes on this page. Where a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide the notice or ask for consent before making that change.
